The little birthday girl and the present were made with free online images from one of my all-time favorite stamp sites: Free Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps. 
She has some of the most awesome stamps on the net!!!  
The background and the banner I think were from another online site called Mein Lila Park.  She makes some really awesome backgrounds, etc.  You really need to check out these two sites.

    Cindy, I love that you used the paper doll and her birthday dress for this card! That is the very first one I have seen and it turned out great! I am not a cardmaker, but I did think that the paper doll and her clothes would make a fun card and that is what you have done. Thank you for seeing that vision through for me!
