I've recently gotten into decoupage.  How fun is that!  I'm having a blast!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the look of decoupage on a card.  The raised up effect just makes your card POP!  This is a free decoupage set I found online.  There are TONS of free decoupage sets online!
